Variances against prior years

Hi all

 

How do I re-create the variance columns that I have created below in power bi? I know for the first step is calulating the total revenue measure which I have done but then I am lost when adding more than one variance column. If anybody could advise that would be much appreciated.

Yes it is a visual table. The data is in an unpivoted format.
