Urgent! Calculated measure in Power BI Desktop

I am struggling in the calculation to display value in Power BI Desktop. May I get your advice for this case?

Context:

I have a slicer for week, I will select 2 weeks in this slicer.

Then I want the chart below will show the value of the product that match condition:  

  - For each product => value of the max week in selection > 28 and value of the min week in selection < 28

Example: When I select week 16.2021 and week 17.2021

• Result: display only value of product A in week 16.2021 and 17.2021.
• Reason: the value of product A in week 17.2021 is 30 (>28) and value of product A in week 16.2021 is 20 (<28).

Issue: Could you please advice how can I apply the condition above? as below image, it should show only the product A.
