Unable to find a way to change the color of a part of a matrices

I have the following matrices with stepped layout and -/+ buttons removed. 'Agent Name' and 'Date' are not part of the row headers so I am unable to format these sections directly and I am unable to see an option to do so in order to match the rest of the formatting. Is there a way to do this?

Well, apparently it's the Row Header options and I for some reason wasn't paying attention.

@chillpill I think you can change the color in the Values section under the Format pane:
