Hello,
I've a row level hierarchy which is constucted of 3 different levels in a matrix view:
When expanding all different levels, it shows following visual (correct):
However, whenever completely drilled up initially, and drilling down on the next level in the hierarchy, the +/- icon disappears and the 'expand all down one level' icon is greyed out.
I would like to be able to do an expand the hierarchy (with the arrow or the +/- icon) after 1 (or more) initial drill down.
Could you please advise me how to do so?
Thank you in advance.
Jonne
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Anonymous if you use to drill down with two arrow key (Go to next level in the hierarchy), you cannot have regular +/- option and at that point you can only use this option for drill-down, rest all options are disabled. There is no setting to make it work, this is how it works. You may want to add this as an idea on ideas forum.
