Turnover rate calculation

I am currently stuck on how to create a formula to calculate Turnover %.
Our current formula is: (#of terms/#ytd months) * (# calendar months/standard crewing)
Where # YTD months or # calendar months can be days.
Example we had 200 terms as of last week so the calculation for YTD is:
(200/11.3)*(12/2300) or (200/344)*(365/2300)
I wanted to be able to filter this information by department, areas, by month as well as have a rolling average.
My data is curenttly a term log with each row information about the person who quit, I also have a table with the departments and the statdard crewing for each deparment which is linked to the main table with the terms. here is a picture of my data

How can you link the 2 tables?  I don't see Department on your 2nd table.

Hello, the department is the 6th column on the 2nd table.

Hi @Jainaba ,

If it is convenient, please always show your sample data in text-tabular format in addition to (or instead of)  screen captures. That allows people trying to help to readily copy the data and run a quick test, plus it increases the likelihood of your question being answered. Just use 'Copy table' in Power BI and paste it here. Or, ideally, share the pbix (beware of confidential data) and your desired output so that we could help further on it.

Best  Regards,

Cherry
