I am working on Power BI Desktop and trying to use the tool - 'KPI Ticker by MAQ Software', which shows moving ticker per KPI name its current value and the variance to prior value.
My problem is due to the fact that the variance does not take into account that the observer may be interested in comparing two negative values. For instance:
Current Value = -69,5
Last Value = -281,6
How it should be calculated: [ -69,5 – (-281,6) ] / ABS(-281,6) = +75,32% (I am improving my result)
How it is currently calculated: [ -69,5 – (-281,6) ] / (-281,6) = -75,32% (It doesn’t make any sense)
Is there any possibility to adjust this problem in the visualization itself or is it really a mistake that must be corrected in a future software actualization?

Hello @gfluz94,
We have updated KPI Ticker by MAQ Software to v3.3.3 with the calculation fix.
We recommend you to download the visual from marketplace and let us know your feedback.
Thanks.

HI @gfluz94,
I don't think it is possible.
In my opinion, you can only replace all max value to absolute value at same time, it is impossible to replace part them in visual calculation.
