Triming Numbers from a column using measure

I have a table that has a column with values such as hte one below. Is there anyway using a measure to only have the last 4 letters/numbers?

Oscar
Jeff
Komal
James
Rick
Ismet

@OsmanEmi , You can have measure like

right(max(table[Names]),4)

 

But you have use it with name in visual
