You can try creating a measure:
nameCount = IF(COUNT([Name]) = BLANK(), 0, COUNT([Name]))
Move this measure to the VALUES section of your matrix chart.

Hi, Pragati. I tried your suggestion. Sorry to say, but replacing Count of Name with this measure does not change a single thing in the report.
