Totals based on Columns from Different Tables

Hello,

LINK TO THE FILE

I want to get the Total Score based on Name and WE columns. Name comes from Sample Data table while WE comes from the date table.

So as you can see, on the [Score per Name and WE] measure, I get my expected values for

James and 0527 = 280

John and 0602 =  275

Ben and 0608 = 260

Correct when unfilteredCorrect when unfiltered

However, a problem arises when I filter the table using an outside slicer. Let's say I filtered by Contact Type: Chat

Wrong Scores when filteredWrong Scores when filtered

From the above example, what I expect is to get

James and 0527 = 100,

John and 0602 = 175,

Ben and 0608 = 100

DO NOTE that the function I used is ALLEXCEPT. I also tried using different ones like a ALLSELECTED but failed to get the desired result. Hoping that someone can help me on this. Thank you!

here is a workaround for you, pls see the attahment below.

Btw, your visual is not very good, since the contact type is misleading. If you remove that column in the table, that will be easier for you to calculate.
