Top N days of each month for each category

trying to flag the last 7 days of each month for each item ( Asset) to get the values . I seperated the day and month columns from updated date and need to filter the last 7 days of each month.

 return IF([Date] in SELECTCOLUMNS(_a,"Date",[Date]),1)
