Today as a number dynamically

Today as a number = DATEDIFF ( DATE ( 2023, 1, 1 ), TODAY (), DAY )+1

I am using the above to work out today as a number i.e. the day number for this year. So for example the 4/9/23 is day 247. How do I make this dynamic so I do not need to edit the 2023,1,1 part. i.e. it works every year with out changing the formula. So next year I will need to change to 2024,1,1
