Time difference between windows explorer & Power Bi

where can I find the settings to eliminate the time difference between the times I see in Power Bi and those in Windows Explorer?

this is a common problem .
I personally add or subtract the time difference manually in the formula and fix it once a year during the transition from winter to summertime.
