Sync filters on specific visuals only

I'm working on a dashboard to sync filters across pages.
This works, but I'm curious to understand if I can have visuals which are not affected by the filter.

Below is my example, both filters are currently being syncronized, but I would liek to have the option of only having the bottom to be synced and not the top...

Possible?

@KristofferAJ , You can on;y control interactions between slicer and visuals, not filter and visual. So please use slicers
