Swap Measures depending on the workspace?

I have a deployment pipeline that manages our Dev, Test, and Prod environments. I want to create a dashboard that displays the last time a dataset was refreshed, and have that depend on which environment it is in. If the dashboard is being viewed in Test, then it should show the Test refresh date, and likewise with Dev and Prod.

Is it possible to set this up, and how would you approach it?

So far I've brought in the same dataset into my workbook and have the refresh dates for each dataset. But I'm not sure how to tackle the part where you need to swap between the dataset, depending on which workspace (dev, test, prod) you're in. Any thoughts?
