Sum of rows values based on search by COLUMN NAME

Hello i am new to Power Bi, I need to create a meaure that can sum up the values in all rows based on doing a search for text in a specific COLUMN NAME, note this is not the same searching in the column value.  Using table below I want to do a row by row sum of all columns that contain the text   AAns.    So as for result this would be only taking values from only columns  AAns1,  AAns2,  AAns3,  AAns4, AAns5 and  AAns6   and the sum for first row would be  1+4+5+3+5+5+5 = 23

You may select Unpivot Columns in the Query Editor first.

Hello Sam , thanks for the suggestion but that not exactly what i want.  As i said the number of columns are not fixed so may be 3, 6 , 9 ,20, etc depending on how many reasponse i get. so i need to do the row by row sum of all column whther its just 3, 6 ,14 30 columns.
