Stuck on measure, end of previous month

Hi all,

I have a measure that I took from the forum a few months back, I am stuck now at adapting it slightly.

I need it to hide dates AFTER the last day of the previous month. I have tried to do a dateadd but this will not get to the end of the previous month 😞

I am pretty stumped, does anyone have any ideas?

Code:

var __currentMinDate = min('Calendar'[Date])
var __today = today()
var __cumulativeValue = CALCULATE(COUNT('TableSales'[Type]),DATESYTD('Calendar'[Date])) + 0

var __shouldDisplay =
     -- check if the current period is
     -- fully contained in the future
    NOT ( __currentMinDate >= __today )
return
    if( __shouldDisplay, __cumulativeValue)

@Anonymous try this

var __currentMinDate = min('Calendar'[Date])
var __today = today()
VAR __prevMonth = EOMONTH ( __today, -1 )
var __cumulativeValue = CALCULATE(COUNT('TableSales'[Type]),DATESYTD('Calendar'[Date])) + 0

var __shouldDisplay =
     -- check if the current period is
     -- fully contained in the future
    NOT ( __currentMinDate >= __prevMonth )
return
    if( __shouldDisplay, __cumulativeValue)
