Struggling with georeferencing

I'm using power bi desktop and the tool is not working well because four months ago I built a geomap with some locations and the plataform recognised all of them. But now the plataform is not working and can't find all the locations. What can I do to fix this?

Please make sure the Power BI Desktop has been updated to the latest version and you can access bing map via browser successfully. You may also click 'File'=>'Options and settings', 'Options'=>'Data load', clear the cache and restart Power BI Desktop to check if it works properly.

Is it possible that the plataform can't find the location anymore? Even if the same location -4 months ago- was there?
