Stacked column month by month work time

Hi, I have a stacked column chart that has 4 measures assigned to each component of total work combined. I want to compare this month over month vs last year.  For example i want my solution to look like the chart of the left side below, but with the stacked components from the chart on the right side. Each component a, b, c and d are measures for example. a = Talk time, b  = hold time etc.
