I created a measure with filters from 2 different tables :
Data model :
The issue is that my visualization is really slow because the measure must search through the 2 tables.
Can you help me to optimize my measure or my data model ?

I think your formula is very simple.
And if you try this formula:
= CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Major table'[ENR_Chrono]);FILTER('Major table';'Major table'[ENR_Statut_de_traitement]="Réalisé"&&RELATED(equipe_IBM[ENR_IBM_Team])="oui"))
Or you could try to merge two tables into one table as below:
