Slicing on one column but getting results depending on another column

I need to construct a way to filter rows by what ACCOUNT is selected. But I need to filter all rows with the same JE as the selected ACCOUNT.

Sample data:

JEACCOUNT
11000
14000
13020
22050
22060
23000
23010
23020
31000
33020
35020

In this example if ACCOUNT 3020 is selected all rows should be filtered because 3020 exists in all JE:

3020_selected.png

If ACCOUNT 1000 is selected all rows from JE 1 and 3 should be filtered:

1000_selected.png

In my report I would like to be able to slice on ACCOUNT and be able to see all rows with the same JE as the selected ACCOUNT in a table visual.
