Slicers working together

Hey everyone - I am working on a project and can't seem to figure out how to link both of my sliders.  Here is my problem:

I have two slicers - one for practices and one for providers.  When I click on practice A, all of their providers come up in the other slicer.  But if I click on a provider from the slicer, it doesn't pop up the practice in the other slicer.

I'm not sure how to fix this or where I went wrong.  I have it partially correct!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi  @Anonymous ,

According to your description, I create some data:

You can create the same table and set the filter direction between the table and the table to one-way

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Create calculated table.

Calculated Table = 'Main Table'

2. Set the relationship between Main Table and Calculated Table in Model to be many-to-many, and Main Table unidirectionally filter Calculated Table

Result:

3. Use the practices of the Main Table as the slicer and the Provides of the Calculated Table as the other slicer

4. Result.

When the practices slicer is selected as practices A, the other slicer will change

When the provides slicer is selected as provides1, the other slicer will not change
