Hey everyone - I am working on a project and can't seem to figure out how to link both of my sliders. Here is my problem:
I have two slicers - one for practices and one for providers. When I click on practice A, all of their providers come up in the other slicer. But if I click on a provider from the slicer, it doesn't pop up the practice in the other slicer.
I'm not sure how to fix this or where I went wrong. I have it partially correct!
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey @Anonymous ,
this is because the filter flows from the 1-side to many-side of a relationship. You can change the cross-filter direction to Both inside the relationship dialog.
But you have to be aware of the downsides of this type of relationship, there are some. Please do some research before you change the cross-filter direction.
Regards,
Tom
Hey @Anonymous ,
please provide a little more information about the origin of the columns. Are both colums origniate from within the table, or are they from different tables.
If both columns are from different tables, take a screenshot from the Model, that shows the relationship.
Please post a screenshot that shows some sample data, end explain your requirements based on the sample data you provided.
Regards,
Tom
@TomMartens - so these tables are two different tables that are joined together. Attached is a picture of the schema linking them together. The pink and yellow highlights are just how they are joined. And the red boxes are around the columns I have the slicers on.
I have also attached two screenshots showing that when you click on one practice (name) it just show the correct provider_names for that one practice. But, if you click on one provider, the corresponding practice does not show up.

Oh! My problem was that I only had that for one of the relationships. Okay thank you!
