Hi @Upuls 

What you have got in the third picture is by design. In a matrix visual, all Value fields will appear beneath every column value. It is not supported to create a matrix with the structure shown in the first picture. https://docs.microsoft.com/power-bi/visuals/desktop-matrix-visual
