Hi Power BI Community,
we have data from all around the world in sharepoint UTC. It is very important to have the right time to analyze the performance -> local time I guess
I tried to transform UTC to local time but something is off....
= DateTimeZone.RemoveZone(DateTimeZone.ToLocal(DateTime.AddZone([Timezone UTC],0)))
And do I really need to convert every time from UTC to local time or is there a workaround?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Technically you don't need to convert anything - The Power BI web page is supposed to sense the user's timezone and do the conversion for you.

I'm doing the same thing - pulled data from SP, converted column to date/time/timezone and they are being displayed in UTC time in Power BI desktop and Power BI service.
