Send full reports in PDF format to email subscribers automatically

Hello everyone

I am a Power BI Pro license user and would like to send full reports in PDF format to email subscribers (most of them do not have Power BI installed) automatically. According to the link below, it is not an official feature at least until May 2020.

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Power-BI-Subscription-Email-with-PDF-Attachment/td-p/697531

Can anyone let me know if it is still the case? I am not sure if I miss any new feature announcement about this.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Anonymous ,

For Paginated reports, you have to be running with Power BI Premium license. Once that is enabled, you can create an email subscription and select to attach the report as a PDF.

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/e-mail-subscriptions-for-paginated-reports-is-now-available/

If you don't have premium license, you could use MS flow to send PDF into email to have a try.

And you could vote up the ideas to get the feature fixed quickly. However, not lots of users vote them up. It might take a while to implement.
