Hi,
I work in insurance and we use PBI for modeling exposure from hurricanes to tornado and hail. I am trying to filter our data into critical zones based on the location of data within a specific zip code. we have a data output that we run through our PBI template and the filter needs to show if it is located in a specific zip. I was wondering if there is an easier way to select a large number of selections in the basic filter field. I have some 5,000 or so zips that I need to select and they are requiring me to individually select each one. If I select all it won't filter the data I need when I import the new values each time as it is simply selecting all zips and not the individual ones. Is there a way to open up the data in Excel view or expand this so that I can select one hold shift and scroll to the end of my selection then mass select my data to be filtered?

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can consider using advanced filter mode to set a range of your zip code, it should help to filter large amounts of records.
Types of filters in Power BI reports
In addition, you can also consider adding a category of these zip numbers(e.g. city, county...), then you can add a filter on the category to reduce the total zip code amount or selected correspond records.
