Scope of support for additional visuals acquired through PowerBI's "Acquisition of Other Visuals"

I have three questions about the scope of support for additional visuals acquired with PowerBI's "Acquisition of other visuals".
※ visuals is provide Microsoft Corporation.

1. Can I contact you if I have a problem with a visual I have added?
2. How do I know if a visual I added has been modified or improved?
3. May I ask questions about how to use the visuals I have added?

Hello,

1-3) Microsoft opened a community group called Power BI Custom Visuals Community, were you could reach out if you have any issue and also they share news about the custom visuals. you can check the link for the support Power BI Custom Visuals' Community - Microsoft Power BI Community

2) when you add the custom visual it will appear below the visuals like in the below screenshot

and you can use it the same as you use any visual, by clicking on it or drag and drop.
