hi all, I am new to power bi, hope someone can advice on the following:
I have a worksheet of transactions made by members & non members, and sales amount.
member has a ID no. and nonmembers are indicated by NIL
How can i write a formula for sales made by members & non members?

In a simple Table visual, drag ID column and write the following measure
=SUM(Data[Amount])

One way would be:
Sales of members = CALCULATE (SUM(TableName[Sales], TableName[ID] <> BLANK())
Sales of non-members = CALCULATE(SUM(TableName[Sales], TableName[ID] = BLANK())
