I have a measure, T CLIENTS PQ = CALCULATE([T CLIENTS], SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(ALL('Date'[Date]))), that is suppose to return total clients for Q1 2018, but it is returning the same quantity as my measure for Q1 2019, which is:

2. Create the measure T CLIENTS PQ as below.
