Row level security for organizational hierarchy

Hi there,

 

I have a unique problem with RLS implementation. I have a fact table which has several attributes like Department, Groups, mode of operation (eg., Email, chat) etc is joined to Employee table using Employee ID. I used userprincipalname() to filter the contents based on who signed in. I have certain visuals which populated the values no based on Employee but on the other attributes. My problem is this RLS is applied there as well which is not needed as they are using other attributes which are not personal data. How can i fix this problem? please help
