Hi,
I am new to PowerBI. I am trying to create a rolling average over grouped data. I have created a calculated table:
'Helper' = SUMMARIZE( 'PBIs-Pay_AK_Test', 'PBIs-Pay_AK_Test'[Iteration Path],'PBIs-Pay_AK_Test'[Iteration End Date], "Total Story Points", CALCULATE(SUM('PBIs-Pay_AK_Test'[Story Points]), 'PBIs-Pay_AK_Test'[Is Current] = TRUE()))

Hi @Farquaad,
I hope you didn't post anything confidential here. Please pay attention to your privacy and data security.
The root cause is the table name contains special characters. We need to use the escape sign or change the table name. Please refer to the formula and snapshot below.
Moving_Average_3_Months = CALCULATE ( AVERAGEX ('''Helper''', '''Helper'''[Total Story Points] ), DATESINPERIOD ('''Helper'''[Iteration End Date], LASTDATE ( '''Helper'''[Iteration End Date] ), -3, MONTH ) )
Best Regards,
Dale
