Hi all,
I'm trying to put together a Gap Analysis file that displays the L12 Sales $ for a Customer (Comp 1) vs the L12 Sales $ for the rest of the market (ROM) (Comp 2), see attached image below. The slicers next to Comp 1 affect the table below the word **Comp 1 and the slicers next to Comp 2 affect the table below the word **Comp 2.
The L12 Sales $ in the Comp 1 section (Measure 1) is a separate measure from the L12 Sales $ in the Comp 2 section (Measure 2). I've tried creating a third measure that is Measure 1 / Measure 2 to show the % of Comp 2/ROM L12 Sales $ that the Comp 1 L12 Sales $ makes up, but this gives me a result of 100% every time.
So my question is - how can I create a new measure that shows Comp 1's % of Comp 2/ROM's L12 Sales $ based on selections made in the slicers for Comp 1?
Hi @Anonymous
Do you mean you'd like to set the slicer to affect the Comp1/Comp 2 separately, that Comp1/Comp2 could be shown correctly not 100%?
Please kindly edit the interaction among the slicer, Comp1 and Comp2. The article for your reference:

Hi there,
Just looking at your images, it looks like the total of each category COMP1 and COMP2 are the same. So naturally, when you divide, you're getting 1/1, 100%.
That's correct - when the slicers have nothing selected, the totals are the same. My question is how can I create a dynamic measure that shows the % of L12 Sales $ that Comp 1 makes up of Comp 2 based on the slicers set for Comp 1 and Comp 2?
