Hello,
I am trying to add custom tooltip for Card visualization through Dynamic Tooltip by MAQ Software since the card visual tooltip can't be customized. The custom visual works great, but I want to replace the question-mark with a transparent image. I followed the below link but it didn't work for me. the default image is in .svg format and the transparent image I am using is in .png format.
Attached is the icon I see when replacing the default url link to the custom url link. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Hello @PoojaG ,
We recommned you to check if the image URL is a valid one.
For testing purpose, you can validate by just hitting the image URL in a web browser, it should display only the image.
Also, ensure the following:
1. The URL must be ending with an valid image extension (Eg: .svg, .png).
2. The image URL must be publicly accessible.
If you still face any issues, please contact us at support@maqsoftware.com.
Thanks.

Hi @PoojaG ,
Have you tried with the url below which could show the transparent image by my test?

Here is my test result.
Please check if you have installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop 2.69.5467.2151.
