Remove page filter but keeping slicer filter for Date column ?

I'm having page visual for the current year but want to remove this filter for one visual that show yearly trend 

I figure that All and AllSELECTED work for the number side but how do I remove the filter for the Date column to present the value over an unfiltered period ?

Also if I want Slicers to keep working, I should use Removefilter to remove that specific page filter only, is this correct ?

@rassen , remove interaction between the year slicer and this visual.

Otherwise, if you select one year and want more than one year then you need a slicer on an independent table

I do have an independent date table which is where I filter date for the page filter

Are you saying that I should move the page filter to a slicer so I can adjust interaction ?
