Relative Date Slicer and "Between" Date Slicer - can I let the users to use both, on the same column

Is there a way to have a Relative Date Slicer and "Between" Date Slicer on the same page - can I let the users to use both, on the same column? So, if a user selects data from the lrelative slicer, the "between" slicer is also sank so both can be used instead of one cancelling another. Any thoughts ot acticles on how to implement both on the same power bi report? (same date column should be linked to both slicers). It feels like I can only provide one or the other on the same report, not both.

You can off the Edit interaction option on both the slicer like vice versa

If both the values are combine with AND operator

It did nto produce any effect... I guess both slicers will just impact each other.

You can have as many filters on the same column as you want, but they will all impact each other.
