Refreshing PowerBI from Excel on a schedule

Is there anyway that this is possible to do on a set schedule without me having to go in and do it physically?
 
1) Power BI refreshes all tables from the source which in this case is Excel residing on Sharepoint
2) Power BI publishes so all devices, both mobile and desktop can see the updated information

The basic flow of power bi is create report in desktop=> publish to power bi service to view and share with others.

Then you can configure schedule refresh in Power bi Service, which requires gateway. Please follow the doc step by step:

Publish the report. Then login into power bi (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/) find your dataset and enter the schedule within settings
