QOQ and YOY % Change

Hi All I hope You're having a great day,

I've been searching for solutions over the forum but nothing seems to work for me.

I need to get a Matrix Like this: 

Where I show the QOQ % Change over the year (Q 1 must be blank since there is no previous Quarter for it), But in the model I don't have a date field. I just Have a Fiscal Year field (FY23,FY24...) and a Quarter Number Field (1,2,3,4) Can someone give me guidance in how to get this expected matrix to show the % Change given the fields that I have?
Fields in the Matrix (Region, Quarter Number, Volume = COUNT(ID) )

The usual approach is to create a substitute date field (for example the first day of the quarter) so you can use the standard time intelligence functions.
