I am looking for a visual that just gives a list of all distinct values of a Field. Not just in a Vertical or Horizontal list but in a grid. Please let me know if you know how to do this with a visual already in Power BI or with a custom visual. Any help is greatly appreciated!

@Maxwell you can bin the values and then use matrix visual and use a bin on the column and that will kind of get you a grid look.
I would ❤ Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

A Table visual does this by default.
This table in the model:
returns this when you add that column to a visual:
I know you said you didn't want it in a vertical or horizontal list, but in a grid, but I don't know what that means. I suppose you could use the Chiclet Slicer (in the Power BI Visual App Store) and get something like this, which I guess is a grid.
But perhaps you could be more clear what you mean by a grid exactly.
