Publish to service failing? "PowerBiEntityFrameworkOperationException"

Hi. today I saved a copy of my dataset to v2. It is a series of sharepoint folders containing csv files

I deleted one of the folder queries and then rebuilt it with a new one.

When I publish i get the following message. I assume related to something in the new update?

I can still publish the original file that I had save as from.

"PowerBiEntityFrameworkOperationException"

Any suugestions what this is?

@Pmorg73 , Please make sure you have saved all the changes. After that try again. Else close file open again and try.

was the first thing I tried. Fresh reboot this morning so will try again now. If not I will copy my new query back to the original V1 of the file. Might be a bug in the June update?
