Hi Everyone!
I have a data table like that:
ID | HOURS | DATE | NAME |
TLIONINOX-42 | 4 | 2016-10-10 | Jhon |
TBROEMBPT-8 | 5 | 2016-10-10 | Mike |
TRSSHAREPO-27 | 8,5 | 2016-11-9 | Louis |
TOFREBOOT-51 | 3 | 2016-10-10 | Jhon |
TMNTOF-767 | 2 | 2016-11-10 | Mike |
TPINEIROEC-19 | 7 | 2016-11-10 | Louis |
TMNTOF-809 | 1 | 2016-11-10 | Jhon |
I would like to add a new column with the % of work ocupation per month for every person.
Ocupation_% = HOURS/SUM(HOURS of this person on this month)
Something like this:
ID | HOURS | DATE | NAME | OCUPATION_% |
TLIONINOX-42 | 4 | 2016-10-10 | Jhon | 57% |
TBROEMBPT-8 | 5 | 2016-10-10 | Mike | 100% |
TRSSHAREPO-27 | 8,5 | 2016-11-9 | Louis | 55% |
TOFREBOOT-51 | 3 | 2016-10-10 | Jhon | 43% |
TMNTOF-767 | 2 | 2016-11-10 | Mike | 100% |
TPINEIROEC-19 | 7 | 2016-11-10 | Louis | 45% |
TMNTOF-809 | 1 | 2016-11-10 | Jhon | 100% |
I can't find the formula to do this to me.
Some help please....
Solved! Go to Solution.
This should work as a Column and a Measure
FORMULA = DIVIDE ( CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[HOURS] ) ), CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[HOURS] ), ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[NAME], Table[DATE].[Month] ) ), 0 )

Thanks for the solution @Sean.
It works fine, although the decimals don't adjust perfectly to 100% of the total, 1-2% above sometimes. But in general looks good.
Thanks!
