For example, here is the unfiltered chart, with the full date period (Feb 2018 - Oct 2021)
If I limit to say Customer A, then the chart updates to only those months that Customer A has associated info (Feb 2018 - Dec 2020)
I don't want it to do that, I want the chart to, regardless of filters, show Feb 2018 - Oct 2021, just all those later columns would be empty, as there's no data for Customer A in those later months. i.e. - the customer filter still affects the chart, it just doesn't limit the date range.

I think you can change the scale options from Auto to a fixed scale in 'Format/Paintbrush' menu.
