Powerbi python dynamic input

Hi,

I have a requirement where python code will be given as data source which fetch data from rest services but that should be done with dynamic variable as in 
I have to call with specific ID only then the data related to that ID should be fetched.

Is it something from Python code or in PowerBI we have to do?
