Power bi - i added a dax for a column as Column_test = IF(test[Variance]>=0 , "No-deviation" ,"Deviation") - it seems the else part is not working

I just created the calculated column as you refer in case, and it works well. Does the value of test[Variance] come from the subtraction of the another 2 field values? If yes, could you please provide the data type of this 2 fields? And is there any empty value in this 2 fields? It is better if you can share some sample data except sensitive data.

Seems fine. Can you share some sample data it is not working?

In between try 0.0, just to make sure numeric on both sides.
