Power Bi Export to Xlsx , 150,000, TaskCanceledException after 15 minutes

Hi Guys,

We have report using martix less than 12 columns, for most of the user report export works fine, but one user when export to xlsx it fails to export. (Option: summarized data, 150,000 rows max xlsx)

Report level error: Executing the query for export data operation resulted in an error

We already choose, (allow end users to export both summarized and underlying data from the serive or report server)

We observed we get below error  after an attempt of 15 minutes

1. Is the user experiencing the issue able to export smaller datasets or other reports without encountering the error? yes
2. Has the user tried exporting the report after clearing the browser cache or using a different browser? Yes
3. Can you confirm if there are any specific visuals or filters applied to the report that might be unique compared to reports that export successfully? single matrix

Cant we  keep it at weight state instead of cancelling completly , does we have any tenant level setting for it?

Throttling occurs when a tenant’s capacity consumes more capacity resources than it has purchased. The error is most likely triggered by this limitation. Please try exporting data when fewer users are online/refreshing their reports.
