Hi, Please help me with this.
I've a requirement to design a report and for this report:
1. Source will be windows shared drive folder.
2. Everyday folder changes with date as folder name
3. Each folder contain multiple csv files, csv file will be Uniquenumber with timestamp.
4. and tab/sheet name will be same as file name. so its not constant.
5. This report will not goto Service. business also have Power BI locally on their machines. may be in future but currently there is no requirement to use it in Service.
So am thinking designing a Power BI template with:
1. Define a variable for folder path
2. using Folder as source.
But still its not working. Please help me with this.
Thanks!
@LakshmanData5 , a Few days back, Guyinacube have shown this approach for the variable for filename and DB name, Hope that should work for path
refer for folder: https://insightsoftware.com/blog/power-bi-load-data-from-folder/
