Power BI screen has the bug, reduced size.

My screen is showing this problem and I can't solve it, could someone please help?
I tried to scale down and scale up in windows.
Tried to remove and install.

I did it this way

“We are working on the fix. Meanwhile you can try disabling the Multimonitor DPI by setting
System / Environment variables / User vairables / Add 

PBI_PerMonitorDpiAware = 0

And then restart the Power BI Desktop.”
