Hi @rezamajidizavie ,

1. Try running Power BI Desktop with administrator privileges Power BI Desktop is a multi-process architecture in which multiple processes communicate using Windows named pipes. Other processes may interfere with these named pipes. The most common reason for this interference is security, including instances where antivirus software or firewalls block pipes or redirect traffic to specific ports.

Opening Power BI Desktop with administrator privileges may resolve the issue. If you are unable to open Power BI Desktop with administrator privileges, ask your administrator which security rules prevent named pipes from communicating correctly. Then, add Power BI Desktop and its child processes to the allowed list.

2. Reinstall WebView2 using the following steps, which do not require elevated administrative privileges.
    1. Uninstall webview2.
    2. Reinstall webview2 using this installation link. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=2124703

3. Refer to the documentation related to your problem and its solution:

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunatelly none of the solutions you provided, didn't fix the problem.

Hi @rezamajidizavie ,

Did the issue appear when you open a pbix file or directory open power bi desktop client?

If you mean the first one, what type of data source you used to design the report, connection mode? If you try to directly open power bi or open another report, did the issue appear again? Did you tried to open this file on other device? These testing can help use ensure if the issue is caused with specific report/device.

If you mean the second scenario, what version of power bi desktop are you installed? Where are you downloaded? (windows store version or the official site) report server optimate version or common version?

Please share some more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshooting:
