Hello Power BI community,
There was an error in a column that when "blank" is already marked in the column when data loaded in Power BI, then that particular column shows blank whereas when I uncheck the column then the data is showing up.

Hi @amansin19
If I am understanding this correctly, then the blank rows in your data are coming from your dataset and the non blank rows will be further down in the table. However, once you unselect (Blank), it will exclude all of those blank rows and then the remaining rows will be pushed to the top.
Is there an issue with this?
Yes, it is but if there is some way to keep those rows on unselecting blank via power query editor.
