Power BI - Unable to login with microsoft account

Hi everybody, I have a problem to login on Power Bi Desktop.

Windows Server 2016 Standard. When I try I receveid the message:

"The browser based authentication dialog failed to complete. Reason: The resquest could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax"

I have same error message trying to login on Visual Studio.

Hi @mellolu,

Maybe you can try to use fiddler to trace log in operation and send these session as detail content of support ticket to power bi team, it will be help for troubleshooting.

In addition, is there any firewall rules or network policy settings on your device? It may also effect httprequests.
