Power BI Report Builder not opening

Hello,

Power BI Report Builder has stopped working. The loading image just flashes and nothing happens.

2 different errors appear in Event Viewer, one from .NET Framework and another from KERNELBASE.dll. These errors are in Finnish, sorry for that.

What I've tried so far:

Reinstall the Power BI Report Builder multiple times.
Fix it with it's own repair tool.
Fix .NET Framework with repair tool.
Delete the user.config from C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Report Builder\15.7
All Windows updates are up to date

What to do next? I have this same issue with my desktop and laptop.
